Refund Policy

At Palette Box (CodeSafer), we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid subscription plans (Dev and Team) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 7 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed through Paddle and reflected on your statement.

After the 30-Day Period

Refund requests made after the 30-day guarantee period are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer:

  • A prorated refund for unused service time
  • Service credit for future billing periods
  • Downgrade to a lower plan

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free Community plan
  • Your API key will be deactivated at the end of the billing period
  • No further charges will be made

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise customers with custom contracts should refer to their specific agreement terms regarding refunds and cancellations.

Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing inquiries and payment disputes. You can also manage your subscription directly through the Paddle customer portal.
